These are the models that have been tested. Other models may work, but have not been tested. The “Aries” series (MX-3110N and similar with the “new” interface) are currently not supported. We are working to get these models supported.The MFPs must have a network port and must be equipped to support the destination types being imported. For example if you are importing scan destinations the MFP must have the scanner feature installed.

The MX-M550, MX-M620,
MX-M700, and older AR series MFPs are expressly not supported.
